Returns & Exchanges

At Gymnation, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if for any reason you are not, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Gymnation account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
